I will review and manage your current strategy and/or develop a new one for you, whilst always aligning with budget and business objectives. I offer both an individual channel strategy as well as a total department solution. Where possible, I strive to deliver an above and below the line, 360, insight led, cross channel integrated approach. This service includes, managing, planning, executing and reporting.

Team Management

I can lead and develop your internal team whilst at the same time manage your relationships with third party suppliers, agencies and freelancers. I also have access to a pool of amazingly talented and trusted freelance professionals, across all sectors of marketing and design, to give your business the fire power should you need it.

Design & Delivery

From product and packaging to website design, using a pool of amazingly talented contacts and designers I turn our strategic and creative thinking into design concepts and roll these out, both on and offline to deliver against all relevant touch points for your business.

I offer both on and off trade marketing management. Drawing from over 10 years’ experience working with all major UK retailers and operators, I can work both independently and / or collaboratively with with your sales teams to deliver best in class activation.

Project Management

I offer a conventional day rate, monthly retainer rate or a project rate depending on what suits your needs the most. If you choose a project rate, I offer a full end to end delivery solution. I have experience managing campaigns, events, NPD, packaging, guidelines, sponsorships and partnerships.

About Me

I bring a wealth of marketing knowledge and experience to any business I work for. I have a CIM and IDM accredited degree in Marketing and Management and over 10 years’ B2B and B2C experience across FMCG marketing and sales. I have worked for fast paced innovative startups, growing SME’s and global blue chip drinks brands. My work within these businesses has included providing strategic marketing advice, online and offline marketing activities, and team management.
